Shipping Policy
Your order will shipped out within 1-3 business days.
Shipping within Switzerland
We have 2 shipping options:
- Priority A plus: 1-2 working days (consignment with tracking, which means you are able to track your item).
- Registered Post: 1 working day (registered post requires a signature in order to receive your parcel).
All orders within Switzerland are shipped with our trusted Swiss Post.
Shipping within Europe & USA
We have 2 shipping options:
- Economy post: 4-8 working days
- Priority post: 2-4 workings days
We ship all orders with a tracking number. Please select on checkout which option you prefer. All customs/duty is for the responsibility of the customer. Please note that this may delay your order slightly. Please allow a few more days for customs clearance.
All the orders will be shipped using our trusted Swiss Post. You are able to track your item on the official Swiss Post website.
If an item is returned the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
ATTENTION: Customs clearance of the goods is NOT included in the price/shipping and may be in addition to the shipping costs. The invoice is made by the respective customs and is independent of Robyn Real Jewels.
Shipping within South Africa
We have 2 shipping options:
- Cape Town & surrounding areas:
- Fastways (1-2 working days)
- Courier Guy (Overnight)
JHB, DBN & rest of the country:
- Fastways (2-3 working days)
- Courier Guy (Overnight)

Please note that due to Covid19 and the number of parcels the couriers have to deliver, this may add a day to the delivery lead time.
